All members of Kenwood Swim & Tennis Club are eligible to use the courts.
Guests are permitted when accompanied by a member and must comply with all club guest policies, including payment of applicable guest fees.
Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
Court Reservations
Courts may be reserved up to 7 days in advance through the eSoft member platform or in person at the front desk.
Reservations are limited to 1.5 hours per booking.
Members may hold one active reservation per day during peak hours.
Back-to-back reservations are not permitted during peak hours of 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Check-In & No-Show Policy
Reservations not claimed within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time will be forfeited if others are waiting.
Late arrival does not extend reserved playing time.
Repeated no-shows may result in temporary suspension of reservation privileges.
Court Use: Tennis & Pickleball
The club maintains three courts, two of which are lined for pickleball.
Courts may be reserved for either tennis or pickleball, as designated at the time of booking.
The reserved activity (tennis or pickleball) has priority for that court during the reservation period.
Pickleball Use Guidelines
Players are responsible for setting up and returning pickleball nets and equipment.
Courts must be returned to their original tennis-ready condition after use.
Members are expected to share court resources respectfully and cooperatively.
Open Play / Walk-On Use
When courts are not reserved, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If others are waiting
Singles play is limited to 1 hour
Doubles play is limited to 1 set or 1 hour
Pickleball Open Play
During busy times, players are encouraged to rotate in using a fair rotation system.
Clinics, Lessons & Team Play
Courts may be reserved for clinics, lessons, team practices, and other club programming by authorized staff.
These reservations may take precedence over general member reservations with advance notice.
Court Conduct & Etiquette
To preserve court conditions and ensure a positive environment:
Proper court shoes are required at all times.
No food, glass containers, or chewing gum on the courts.
Respectful language and behavior are expected at all times.
Standard tennis and pickleball etiquette should be observed.
