All renewals will go through the member portal. All current members will receive an activation email on October 1, 2026 to activate their account. We are transitioning to a new membership software system that offers several exciting features designed to improve your
overall experience including a mobile App. All existing account information has been securely imported into the new system. We are officially retiring the old member portal, so please be sure to use this new website going forward.

Important Notes for New and Renewing Members:

• All memberships are required to pay a $100 ongoing capital improvement assessment in addition to the annual dues.
• All family memberships will have the option to add a “BABYSITTER PASS” to the membership for $35.00. When prompted to add a caregiver name, please enter “BABYSITTER PASS.” No babysitter names are required this year.
• All purchases are subject to Ohio sales tax.
• All payments must be made via credit card.
• PLEASE NOTE: There is a $75 late fee for any renewals made after April 1.

Join before October 31, 2026 and get ten free guest passes. Plus, your unused 2026 guest passes will roll over to next season. To secure the Early Bird Special, renew in the Member Portal, pay your assessment fee and start monthly payments or pay in full by October 31.
