President | Erin Osterkamp
Erin Osterkamp is beginning her first year as President of Kenwood Swim and Tennis Club. After taking a year off, Erin is rejoining the board having previously served in a Membership board member position. Erin and her husband Ryan have three children, are local business owners and have been members of KSTC for several years. Erin looks forward to a great summer and working with a great team to enhance all KSTC has to offer!
Treasurer | Mason Rick
Mason Rick, his wife Liz, and their three daughters (Nora, Greta, and Mila) joined KSTC in 2023. Mason currently works at Fintech and has a background in non-profit finance and personal finance planning. Not only is he stepping up to join KSTC’s Board of Directors as the Treasurer, he is also currently the Treasurer for the Indian Hill PTO. He is excited to dive into (Dad pun!) the club’s finances and modernize processes!
Secretary | Katie Gingrich
Katie has been a member of the Kenwood Swim & Tennis Club since 1987! Her family joined when she was five and she grew up as a member of KSTC, spending so many summers swimming on the swim team, and even held her first job at the KSTC Snack Shack in 1997. Katie is both a graduate of Ohio University and Mount Saint Joe University. Now, Katie and her husband Tim enjoy summers by bringing their twins to the swim club. The Gingrich family lives in Blue Ash, and in her day job, Katie is a Project Manager for a local healthcare system.
Operations/Grounds
Phil Smith
Phil Smith is jumping into one of the Operations/Grounds board member position for the first time as “a process improvement whiz on a mission to turn KSTC into a splas-tastic paradise!” From tweaking procedures to making everything fun smoother than a perfectly executed cannonball, he’s all about brining fun to efficiency! He’s excited to dive into making the KSTC experience the coolest in town!
Rebecca Sowma
Rebecca Sowma has stepped up to joined the board of directors as part of the Operations/Grounds team! She has been a resident of Kenwood for over 20 years and a member of KSTC for a few. Her professional background is in engineering and construction. She lives with her husband, Steven, and two children Geneva and Adon, and two cats, Dino and Habibi.
Mike Burke
Mike is excited to be joining the Operations/Grounds team on the KSTC Board this year! He is originally from NJ, moved to Cincinnati in 2018, and is a proud resident of Pleasant Ridge. Mike and his wife Alison are parents to three amazing kids – Henry, Chandler, and Peter – all of them current (or future) Kenwood Crocs.
Membership | Jenny Watts
Jenny lives in Madisonville with her husband Bill and they have been pool members since 2021. She is the owner and CEO of WJWatts Consulting, a Cincinnati-based custom software firm. Having spent her high school and college summers working at a community pool, Jenny is excited to give back and support KSTC.
Communications | Ellen Daniel
Ellen is currently the Marketing Director at the Mayerson JCC. Before entering the marketing field, she earned a Master of Science in Journalism from the E. W Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, completed an international internship at SABC TV News in Johannesburg, South Africa, then was a News Producer at WLWT News 5 in Cincinnati. Ellen also has a background in the arts, earning a bachelor’s degree in Musical Theatre from Ball State University and appearing in and winning the 2007 NBC’s Clash of the Choirs reality singing competition with Nick Lachey. In addition to serving as the Communications Chair on the board, Ellen is the Diving Coordinator. She and her husband Bryan have been members of Kenwood Swim & Tennis Club since 2020. Their daughters Emerson and Eloise love being part of the diving team and hanging out at the pool with friends.

Joe is currently a Sales Analyst at Paycor, Inc. Previously, he worked for Fifth Third Bank for almost eight years. He grew up in Cleveland and migrated to Cincinnati to attend Xavier University for undergrad with a major in Business Management. He also received his MBA from Xavier University with a concentration in Values-Based Leadership. Joe met his wife, Katie, at Xavier and has been hooked ever since! He and Katie recently joined KSTC, but it has been great! They have four children – Jack, Elisabeth, Josie, and Charlotte – who all participate in Swim Team. Swim Team is AWESOME!

Jessica Hall
Jessica Hall is a mom of two daughters Adelyn and Barbara. Jessica and her husband grew up together in Indian Hill and have known each other since they were six. She is a Senior Account Manager for a chemical distributor. Jessica and her family have been members of KSTC since summer of 2020. You’ll find them hanging out in the shallow end of the pool watching the girls and relaxing.
Julia Holton
Julia Holton is a mom of two daughters Emmi and Louisa. She is a Senior Research Associate at UC with a background in school psychology. Her family moved to the neighborhood in summer 2022 and immediately fell in love with KSTC. She is looking forward to helping make our pool a fun and inviting place for families to enjoy all summer!
